4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 77phl is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. 77phl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation.
5.1 77phl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.3 77phl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, 77phl's decision shall be final.
5.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploitation of software errors, or collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, as well as account suspension.
5.5 77phl reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or promotional credit that was awarded in error.
6.1 All games available on the 77phl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game.

9.3 In no event shall 77phl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77phl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
